Lately I'd been feeling like I really wanted to do something in oil pastels to try to get better with them, as well as wanting to draw my new betta fish, Numa....Then I decided "why not combine the two ideas?" ^^ So, here is Numa in all his pretty, anatomically-incorrectness, as drawn by me! XD I actually do like the way this came out though, and I'm pretty sure it's the best thing I've done in oil pastels yet o.o

Done in oil pastels with white gel pen for highlights on the water and eye, and some black pen under the pastels to make the scales show up XD
