A White Dwarf is a Starbeast that has lived a long and full life, and simply exists, enjoying their golden years for nearly an eternity.

These starbeasts are calm and quiet, spending most of their time asleep or resting. They have seen much, and are full of wisdom. A White Dwarf can not go very far, as the dim light of its dying star can not reach many worlds, but the worlds they can reach get frequent visits from these ancient creatures.

Starbeasts are a species are mine, and closed. They are the souls of stars. Eldritch being that often take the form of various beasts and creatures that inhabit worlds their star's light touches.
