"It indeed seems to be a serious lead on a Silver Super Star," finally said the doctor. "Serious enough to do an expedition and negotiations."
"Should Hardy and Lippy be part of the expedition?"
"Of course, their presence is necessary to show our sincerity if this is really a holder of a Star, and they need to begin gaining experience and actively working with another. Speaking of "another", do you have a preference?"

Which wasn't surprising. The archeologist turned superhero was one of the Bulwark's best for the peaceful approach, but would also be a precious help if it turned in a fight.
