Gorgeous work. Who produces the Mariner kit?
I've read that a major problem with the Ki-61's engine is that the Japanese derivative of the DB601 had its direction of rotation reversed and didn't get all the design changes made to accomodate this (this was from an account of what some US squadrons did with captured Ki-61s they were "evaluating"; i.e. using as "hacks").
