This is my personal character Lunerith which I've had since I was like 10 or something. She's never had a fixed design other than that she was usually red and could changed size at will.
Here I've given her horns and a secondary color. I don't know if I'm happy with the horns for her
Lunerith is very much a part of me and if you wanted I guess you could say she's my fursona though I don't know if I'd consider her one.

Anyway!
She's a very short dragon (she can no longer change size), and has got some chubby dragon fat in her legs. She does have a feral form and does have wings, but I've chosen not to draw them.
Lunerith is friendly and hates to wear pants when she is home.
I haven't drawn her with a top because, being a reptile, she does not have tits
