Portrait - Finished
Finally done! Spent a lot of hours and late nights working on this~ So yuh... I can paint as good as anybody~
I've never tried something quite this ambitious before... I had a lot of fun doing it... minus the carpal tunnel-iish bit. :B
Love ya all~ Goin' to go eat something 'cuz I haven't in a long time... ...and I'm gonna go sleep... I desperately need it. -.-' After days of working hard, multitasking several things at once, my body kinda wants to shut down...

Other giving me angry thoughts at how monkeys have close relatives with high developed front lobes but the cute animals don't which would be a plausible concept for real life anthropomorphics; it has a lot of detail and looks like it took a long time. You really should be proud. YOU'RE AMAZING AND YOU SHOULD FEEL AMAZING
I took sooooo much time using a lot of layers and painstakingly drawing each and every individual strand of hair. @.@ Never again. xD Like an idiot, I didn't realize at the time you could achieve a much better effect using more textured brushes to make it look fluffier and more full. ouo
Hehe yeah that's something I just learned myself on the round skullbird piece, I originally drew out each feather but it looked weird, and it was only when I softened and painted over most of the feathers with a larger brush that it looked fluffy. Funny how you can get a fluffier effect by suggesting the volume rather than drawing each and every feather out.
