Rho is the second of omega's new siblings. Rho dispite his looks is not evil at all..his eyes are an LED based system..and has been known to change with words, symbols and such. He has a german accent but because he was created by gamma who is american, he is unable to speak or read the german language. Like omega he is part machine. He has the ability to control shadows, because of this he can manipulate shadows into countless forms and even use them as a way of attack. He is also a rival of his brother Upsilon when it comes to chess. But other than that he is a pretty good guy!

just so if someone has second thoughts...or how about the ones working with the evil doctor has no uvulas and the one that works with gamma has uvula,,wait idea..what if the evil ones look more sinister and the good ones look more gentle..like to separate species...however they can change sides and with that their bodies change too.
yeah..but as I said they can change sides...Basically their looks reflect on their mind's and hearts..the kinder they are the better they look..the more evil, the more sinister they look. And so it also stems off in a evolutionary chart of two separate members of the same species..
inside was a grilled cheese *in which the bread was itallian herb and cheese bread and the cheese was sharp cheddar cut into two triangle, the cookies were double chocolate chip and a bottle of yoohoo chocolate milk and a blue glowy stick so you would not be afraid of the dark..
