So decided to go full silly on this one and based her on Kigurumiko from Sailor Moon

Bio:
- At this point of time, her universe of origin is unknown, and what exactly she is unknown though she seems to know but keeps her origins a mystery for now
- able to cast portals to travel to other universes
- despite her silly appearance, she is a lot more agile and nimble than she looks, able to hold her own in a fight with her proficiency in boxing
- able to put others in her pouch forming a replica of her suit around them allowing whoever is in her pouch to fight in tandem with her
- loves to plump up her pamp and anyone’s pamp to massive sizes by any means, usually through her pamp abilities and tail
- usually she visits the ragtags for some poofy fun and some friendly chats with the ragtag moms
- her tail is extra soft for hugging for comfort

Story:
One day as Rosa was taking a rest on the beach near the ragtag house, enjoying a good book and some tea, she caught sight of something strange. What seemed to be a small light appeared nearby and so out of curiosity, Rosa got up to go check it out. When she got close, she saw that it was a portal starting to open up, but seeing how Ethan and Pampaku were both at home chilling out, she thought it was Abigail paying the Ragtags another visit for some fun. Though this assumption was quickly proven wrong when the portal suddenly got bigger and someone leapt out of it, and it was not Abigail. As the dust settled, Rosa was hit by equal amounts and surprise and confusion as she has no clue what the figure before her was. Looking like someone wearing a Mascot suit tough the suit seems to act as an extension of their body, with a massive poofy pamp and skunk tail, the mysterious figure giggled before introducing herself as Mikoto. Seeing Mikoto’s attire made Rosa giggle a little herself, though she thought that’s definitely something some of the Ragtags would wear too. So after introducing herself, Rosa asked Mikoto why she was here, to which Mikoto explained how she and others similar to her like to travel to different universes to have some poofy fun with the locals of said universes, able to sense universes containing large numbers of pamped individuals, which was how she found this one. Mikoto reassured Rosa that she’s not here with some malicious agenda, seeing that Rosa was being a bit cautious, explaining that she’s just looking for some silly poofy babs to pamp, and she just hit the jackpot with the Ragtags. After some chatting together, Rosa was convinced that Mikoto was not a threat, noticing that Mikoto herself was beeg poofy bab. Afterwards both of them decided to walk around the Ragtag house, with Mikoto excited to make some new friends and Rosa already thinking of some poofy scenarios with the others.
