Salvation Army would be a better idea. With the Red Cross, you have a CEO with a 7 figure salary and regional managers who drive Cadillac Escalades and live in mansions and they're notorious for being slow in getting donated money for disaster victims. With the Salvation Army, more of every dollar donated gets to disaster victims, it gets to them faster and their volunteers stick around in disaster stricken areas longer than the Red Cross

The Red Cross was my chosen donation pool for a variety of reasons. I'm sorry you don't agree with it.

I know, I just thought she may not have been aware of the things about the Red Cross that I pointed out. If she continues to go with the Red Cross, I'll not say anything. I believe in the idea that expressing one's opinion is fine, but giving a hard time to those who disagree is not OK
