Ah, the Cheru. Many legends surround this race of six-winged feathered beings. They resemble a bird, though without a beak, and have a height of about 2 meters. They weigh less than 60 pounds, and as such, are physically weak. They have incredible majesty in the air, moving gracefully and quickly, possessing remarkable finess. They have a native tounge of Seraphi, and are incredibly intellegent. They make there home high in mountains and on cliffsides, where they coexist in layers of Chariots, a dragon-like beast. They are usually whie or black, though other variations occour.
The Cheru are known in myth and legends, if not for there grace than for there warfare. They strike from above armed with weapons resembling harps, firing short-range projectiles of electricity. Others ride atop the dragon-like chariots, striking with huge claws and tearing. Dispite lore, however, they tend to avoid combat.
Cheru decor is interesting. They tend to paint on cave walls, and coat it with glass. Indeed, they are very fond of glass in decor, and have improved it too the point of resistance-Cheru glass is known for it's impressive stability. Gold is also popular in some areas, though they put little value on it. Silver is more valuable to them, for they use it to purify water. The caves have cushions and hammoks in a large space, a sort of walless room used for sleeping. It's uncommon to see beds used by them, though you may see a hammok. Outside, tarps are placed at an angle, to allow rainwater to run into silver pots outside or right inside the caves. In colder areas, these have metal underneath to melt snow.
Cheru tend to use string instruments for music, except one of there most common instruments; the Hydrochrystalophone, or Glass Harmonica.
It's worth noting that they do not have a form of currency, as they do not put value on minerals; They extange by barter and pay in skill and wares. However, there cities tend to have a smaller amount of beings than other areas, typically no more than 150, far more often less, so it's easier to permit this system.

Some wings can be used to hold things, but typically they spread them out.
They can't fly great distances, but can fly a good ways before requiring rest. Their low strength comes from the fact that they arn't good with lifting or other heavy things, generally posses low defence, etc...
