$80 is the minimum price per character I'm willing to work for (not counting flat color, it's still $50 per character).
So two peronages is $160. I can lower the price or increase it if the second character is too complex or conversely, simple.
Also additional charge will be charged for the background. Its price also depends on the complexity.
The price is also affected by the complexity of the composition, the presence of some specific details in the design of the character.
In the very initial sketch you can make any edits regarding the characters or environment within the idea.
If you suddenly change your mind and want to change the idea, one such edit is free, further for the change
of idea I will ask for a minimum of $50. So you need to decide on the idea before I start working.
Edits at later stages are possible. Three edits are free, and the rest will be a $20 markup. Of course, edits for my character design mistakes are free.

It is desirable to send a character reference in the first message, but it is at your discretion.
I will be able to tell you the exact amount only after you provide references and explain your idea.
