This piece tries to show the kids all together in a way that better demonstrates the character dynamics we've settled on over the past year or so. Ciara's tough attitude has been softened somewhat by her relationship with Rowe. Lucy and Darcy have some kind of comfortably platonic gay kids relationship. Lucy is less guarded / angry overall. Venus has evolved from a "recruitable ally" type to more of a member of the cast. Of course she has a reputation to upholding so is seated at an adjacent table for maximum deniability. Also, Darcy likes to stick things on his horns. 🤷♀️
