Welcome to the preview of my first ever book in the making entitled “Tomorrows Hero”. This story follows
a young man named Alex Thomson who, by a twist of fate, is almost struck by a meteor. He was lucky to not be killed by the fallen space rock, but then he finds himself absorbing some kind of energy from the meteor. His life is then turned upside down when he meets a young woman by the name of Lala, a being from another world across the universe who’s pod had chosen his as one of the four protectors of Earth and her….mate? Together they protect the city of Destin, Florida as well as the rest of the world from the evil from other worlds. Enjoy the preview!

From the chapter “True Power”

Alex grabbed his side as he felt his blood rushing from the open wound. Kyo clenched his teeth as he saw his new son bleeding from his side. He turned around toward Trishu and grabbed the collar of his wardrobe and pushed him against the machines behind him. He was breathing heavily as his partner grinned.

“What were those weapons that you gave that beast!” he scowled, gripping his collar tighter.

“I think you know full well what weapons we have him, this wouldn’t be much of a fight without a little bloodshed would it?” he replied, giving Kyo another creepy grin.

“Those weapons should have been destroyed, why did you keep them! That’s my son out there! Those thing cost me an eye!”

He raised his fist, ready to punch the bastard, but then remembered what would happen if he was to do such a thing. His daughter and new son would be executed. He loosened his grip as he breathed harder.

“Steady now Kyo, just give the boy some time. He will figure it out.” one of the judges said.

Lala had her hands pressed against the glass as she watched Alex try and dodge the slashes.
