Lightning OC first concepts

I played my dino game with my Dilopho today and got inspired.
So I wanted an OC for a special weather phenomenon and also one that could be the explanation for where the circus in my story gets its electricity from - I could combine these two in this guy and much more. Though this concept isn't quite the vieb I had in mind first (though I don't even really know what vibe that is tbh)
The three forms are for low energy (left) to high (right) and fitting personalities he could have in those states - just another random idea I had.
Anyway, these are just some early concepts of the lightning electricity dilopho guy, will be changed or not.
