its a similar feeling across your other renders. to explain it in detail:
i think the Glossy effect you put on your characters resemble how reflections work on Gmod and SFM with a uniform reflective shine that has no bumps or noise or roughness on it and and has a no noticeable Fresnel effect , that combines with very sharp shadows in a few places .
in terms of the designs themselves, the city scape backgrounds with flat lighting and the mix of low poly and high poly assets in the same shot make that feeling stronger. the lack of a DOF effect and other lens effects finalizes that sense. you also have mixed texel density which is jargin for mixing different texture resolutions too close to each other.
