Nuala the Fairy Queen
Galarian Latias, a new species in the glimwood tangle. Believe to have a regional variant of the Hoenn Latias. It is unknown of there is a variant of Latios. Though sharing some similarities to the Hoenn Eon twin, the appearance is still vastly different. Having different wings, a much longer tail, and bioluminescent spots. They seem to be smaller as well. Perfect for flying in the tight spaces of the woods. Due to their mystical appearance and the horns that look like a crown. It is believed that the fairy queen legends came from this pokemon.
Dragon-Fairy type.
Sig ability- Queens Blessings, gives every non dragon type moves, the dragon type.
Sig move- Queens Wrath, this move increases in damages, depending how many stat changes have been applied. Both increase and decrease. After the move is used, all stats returned to normal.

I am on the fence on whether I want to give her a anthro form or not. It would only just add maybe legs and breast to what she looks like now, I may get it in the future but it isn't a concern for me now. xD
