Yup a new Fullmetal Alchemist Fan character. This time a Chimera state alchemist.

Victor sighed as he walked out onto the Balcany. He hated these "parties" in central with a passion. It was never any fun. He constantly had to keep checking his mouth to make sure he didn't say something stupid or mouth off tot he wrong person. On top of that he didn't like the stares he got from people. usually they were either looks of fear or curiosity. Victor didn't care. He'd much rather be out in the field somewhere or even in a lab than sitting around so some higher ups could feel important. But this sort of thing was to be expected what with the string of promotions and new plans for the reconstruction of Ishval. Something Victor wanted to be involved with. "I had to help right it it's only right I should try and fix it." he thought to himself as his mind wandered down to his hand. He'd been a Chimera since before he joined the military. It was the only work he could get. Not many people wanted a freak working for them. The Military however jumped at the chance. Victor did not find the questioning when he first joined pleasant. Them asking how he came to be a Chimera. It brought up bad memories. A sick loved one at death's door, a transmutation which only gave that loved one another year and resulted in his current state. Victor was called back from his thoughts when he heard the familiar unmistakable voice of the Flame Alchemist now turned Fuhrer. Victor smiled and waved at him wondering what he wanted. Little did he know he was getting a new assignment. Not what he wanted but one that would be just as interesting and fulfilling.
