These sea dragons don't quite migrate anymore as far as anyone can tell but clearly some of those ancestral instincts remain. Every year, they cluster up around a handful of coastal points and fill the skies as far out as the horizon. They don't seem to exactly... go anywhere any more but it seems they have enough fun getting together every year to bring their hatchlings, ensuring the occasion won't be forgotten any time soon.

Not quite my original idea for this prompt but I think it worked out well enough. Lighting + Perspective + Silhouette complexity really destroyed my chances of doing my original idea, if anyone has any guides/references for any similar scenarios (flying away from the POV, intense overhead lighting, sea flight, etc.) I'd love to at least take a gander at em.
