What a loss to not have this guy on the official roster. Really glad we got a peek at him via the leaks ^^; He's such a precious thing and would probably steal Azumarill's place as my top fave if he'd been implemented <3

amidst the massive pokemon leak a few months back, a lot of concept art from old games got spilled. it looked like this cute fellow was a contender as a starter before they booted him for mudkip instead ^^;

this leak was devastatingly massive. Definitely not fake ^^;
Some aspects were mistranslated at first when people first pounced on the material, but there were so many images, emails, concept work, that sprawled all the games old and upcoming. x.x
