Penelope finds a Universal Remote that belonged to a corrupt media mogul, and said remote can change reality. but when Carmelita catches her, she quickly thinks fast and decides to test it out. she aims it at Carmelita and changes the channel.

At first nothing would happen, but upon doing so, the remote zaps Carmelita. She starts to shrink and transform, her body getting smaller and growing wider at the same time and turning green, and her mind gets loopy. Penelope watched in shock as Carmelita finally transforms into a small green blob. But not any green blob, an obscure movie character named "Flubber".

And once ”he” gets “Flubbed Up” “he” completely changes in personality. Becoming more childish, playful and mischievous just like Flubber himself. Well the good news is Penelope now knows the remote works, the bad news is she’s got another problem on hand.
