Do you remember that in Code Lyoko episode 70 Opening act, after Yumi's devirtualization by Dark William, we didn't see her come out of the scanner or join Jeremy to help Jim and his nephew Chris fight the polymorphic clone ?
If like me, you've been puzzled by this particularly strange detail where the issue is never addressed after the return to the past or in a later episode. I'd like you to know that I've been wondering about this strange mystery, and I've imagined that on leaving the scanner, the polymorphic clone split into two and went down into the scanner room, where when it saw Yumi coming out, it threw a violent 10,000 volts electrical charge at her to stun her, then tied/gagged her up by her feet and hung her from the top of the scanner room to prevent her from reaching Jeremy.
What do you think of my theory ? You have to admit that it helps explain why Yumi suddenly disappeared and didn't reappear after being devirtualized by the XANA-warrior and, strangely enough, it didn't worry Jeremy that the japanese girl didn't come to help him when he got out of the scanner, even though this should logically have attracted his attention, given that she had gone to join him in the operating room after her previous devirtualizations.
