For this picture, the final halloween pic, I wanted to torture Cass again, as it seems to be one of my favorite pass times. The idea for this sprung out of trying to find something to fit with Ludovicas' personality, and then adapting Cass to whatever after. I went wiith Shadow for Ludovicas because it would work with his nudism, and because of the upcoming movie, and then made Cass into Rouge cause I like the outfit.
As for how the characters would feel, Cassius' thoughts would be of terror and discomfort, as per usual with looking feminine, while Ludovicas would likely be moreso pissed about big shoes and having his hair changed
