He has accepted a plea deal, so it's not hard time. But it's not nothing, and having a conviction of this sort more or less torpedoes any future career.

hm, the articular doesn't seem to state what he was convicted of or what law thats under, but from what I can tell this has a lot more to do with the fact that he never got consent from the parents for making this and distributing this of there children which I can see being a form of sexual abuse, as he is stating it to them, as individuals, not characters, in some format even if its not fully direct.

I still come across cub porn and early teen porn from time to time. Someone will fave something of mine and I'll go to see what else they've faved and hello! I reported one such user months ago and have not received any response from the devs. What was even more disturbing than the contents of his gallery were some of the lewd shouts being left on his page. Ugh!
They are busy, a 12 year old showing cleavage isnt as important than banning a 16 year old that did a drawing of his anthro form getting spanked by his dad, because that was under aged, and scouring the archives to ban the "evil of the day".

lol...someone did that to me, the admin was nice enough to tell the person "get thicker skin that person isnt a troll nor was harrassing you" Sadly theres supposedly a large back burner stack of old TT's that they have to go thru as often the situation was over and done with between the two people that no longer really active.

Interesting when i look at your art, you actaully give them smaller size breast, i guess having lived with such large breast has given you insight to how they can be burnous, causing acute back pain and having to shop at speical places. I have got big and tall because im 6'6" and sadly wal-mart won't cut it because wide shirt doesn't equal long shirts.
I run into the same problem when buying shirts. I am 6'3" and thin. Medium shirts fit well in the chest and arms, but aren't usually long enough to keep my stomach covered comfortably, especially when I stretch. Large shirts are baggy, but long enough to keep me covered. I have a few shirts that I can't stand to wear anymore because I don't want my hairy belly button showing up at work. XD
i know how that is......my ticket is still collecting dust. Though then again with the drama that goes on this website they're probably packed full of annoying butt hurt ones and having to sift through the millions of those before they get to the ones that actually have an issue.
Admins are usually pretty prompt with responding to my TTs, but I do have one still awaiting response. I even went back and asked the person if they made the image that I assumed they ripped from a game. I figured "Well, maybe I was wrong and they just forgot to respond/close the ticket." But nope. I was right.

Eh, I can't even really get on that train. Only problem with slowness I've had is underage/age locking stuff. My theory is that more button clicks are required for that, so it's a bigger pain in the ass and nobody's in a rush to do it.
Me, when I modded on Y! booting out the minors was one of my favorite things. If I had free time I'd search through new users just to see if I could catch anyone.

It once took the mods/admins two months to respond to a TT about troll comments on a submission of mine. (This was before the "Hide Comment" feature.) That also included one note to Pinkuh and two to Dragoneer, all of which were read and seemingly ignored. That's really what made me start to lose hope for this site.

I wonder what makes the admins do half the shit they do. I had some of my stuff, old photos that I'd even forgotten I had in my scraps because they were of my guitars or something stupid like that. No photo gallery type shit allowed, and yet there are people that have their galleries LOADED with worse crap and they don't do a damn thing. I really don't -care- one way or the other, but at LEAST give us some consistency.

Actually, Recently I've kinda had weird...craving...regarding flat chested women. Most of time I've been looked for size, but recently the flatness is turning me, there something new and fresh about it, you can see huge breast all over, but when comes to those that take sleeker form it lacking.
Man that makes me cringe, having a sister myself that at the age of twelve was posting pretty damn inappropriate pics of herself on fucking myspace. An emo 13/14 year old kid who posted a picture of someone's ass (presumably his) and got like 20 watches because of it. There was a video on Youtube of him where he stated his real age, plus he looked like a child. It took the admins like 2 days ban him
Also, there was a 14 year old girl who faved tons of smut, posted her contact info on her profile, acted slutty left and right, etc. It took the admins only a couple of hours this time.
Both people were unbanned in less than a month o_0

-sigh- kids these days are aweful... your relentlessly riticuled if your a virgin at 14, i shit you not (im 16 and in highschool, watching crap like that happen at the highschool n and middle school.... i find it extreamly disturbing. there are even 3 and 14 yr olds getinng pregnant, so im not just bullshiting you here, its true. ive had 2 girls in my GRADE (tenth grade) leave school for like a while because they got pregnant and decided to have the kid)

Can I say hearing this doesn't surprise me in the least?. Always being interested in psychology, I've aways wondered where the downfall of chivalry and abstinence happened. Everyone blames he internet, and with good reason, but I have a personal grudge to the fact they put Adult Swim on the same channel as CartoonNetwork. I remember my cousin at 8 years old staying up all night to watch family guy. Anyone else think that's a little young for someone to bewatching a cartoon filled with situations that maake sexual encounters seem like a joke or a game. (PS, same cousin is making VERY bad life choices right now)
Parents just don't seem to care as much about their children these days. They'll let television and the internet teach their children everything, and if there's something they don't agree with, they'll make it into an all out war, but will refuse to change the fact that it's the programs that the PARENTS watch that is a lot of what their kids are watching...
Befre televisio and tcomputers became readily accessible in everyday homes, parents HAD to teach their kids everything about the do's and don't's of the world and proper behavior. Now, parents seem to be giving up their responsibilities in favor of having a good time in their life, and let the stars on televisoin make impressions on their children's minds. Bear in mind that most of these moactors sole purposes are endorsing a product, or to promote fame o tsomething (usually by 'any means' possible) Wonder if that's any connection to how teenages seem to be getting more and mre bratty these days
*Sigh* First kid I get, they won't een know what television IS until theyre 27, and even then, there will be so many restrictions, teletubbies will be retricted for being to mature (NO child porn joke intended at all, if any); they don't lurn what computers are until they're 43, and even then, it'll just be the calculator function.
