This is what I was trying to convey in the final installment of my latest series; "The Amazing Digital Circus: ADVNTR_TK.ZIP", where the nurse gets immobilized by Gangle. This is what I meant when I said Gangle coiled around her entire body, including her arms and legs, and would walk around with the nurse inside her coils, keeping her still while still being able to move around.

Wonder if tickling someone like Gangle would even be possible, with her being made the way she is.
Maybe if a shard of one of her comedy masks were put into a voodoo doll...
Or maybe if she were wrapped around someone solid-looking, like Zooble, and her ribbons were taped down like Christmas wrap—then you could tickle both of them at once ^^
