I have several Canadians that like my art, so I decided to draw something for them! Pamela Bondani, a character from a obscure Canadian cartoon called Patrol 03. I remember thinking she's from a French cartoon (and portrayed her as French in my pic of her lol), but only now I realized she's from Canada, so I drew her with a proper "ethnicity"~
(Must admit i kinda tweaked her uniform design a bit as it was a little too simplistic in the original cartoon)
