This episode of bluey is called “Halloween”
Bandit was taking bluey and bingo out trick or treating when while bluey and bingo were grabbing some candy at a house bandits butt got itchy but he accidentally used his hook hand to scratch it causing his pants to completely rip revealing that he was wearing a pamp underneath his pants kids off screen begin to laugh at him then bluey and bingo return and bandit says to them “okay kids that’s enough candy we gotta go” but there buckets were only a quarter full they both get upset but then bingo asks “dad what happened to your pants and why are you wearing a nappy” bandit doesn’t answer her they just get home and bandit real quickly removes the pamp and his pirate costume it seems bandit is secretly into pamps and thought he could finally wear one in public since he’d have pants on but unfortunately he ended up just embarrassing himself poor guy!!

jupiters and now that I think about it I don’t think there is any bluey Halloween themed episodes which I’m surprised I’m not sure if they celebrate Halloween in Australia or not but I really wish there was a Bluey Halloween themed episode
