If you've been watching me for a while then Kuriboh needs no introduction, while each series of Yu-Gi-Oh has different ace monsters for each of our Yu Protagonists like Dark Magician for Yugi, Elemental Hero Neos for Jaden etc. however a constant in every generation is that there is always a new Kuriboh or two even if some are relegated to the manga. While Kuriboh is by no means a powerhouse even being called the weakest monster in duel monsters by Kaiba, the effects the Kuriboh family brings into a duel is everything, the original Kuriboh was arguably the first hand trap, being able to shield you from any amount of battle damage in one attack, Winged Kuriboh protecting you from damage after its destroyed as well as turning the tide with it's more powerful transformations, and probably my favorite- Kuribabylon which finally got a physical release along with the rest of Kuriboh's brothers, gains ATK points for every Kuriboh monster you control or in your graveyard, so he could potentially gain more ATK points than Blue Eyes. So whether you hear him say Kuri Kuri or do the la, he's a duelist's best friend, and a Yu-Gi-Oh wouldn't be the same without him.
