i made a really lazy Rad Rat ref :)

he's supposed to be brighter but the years of his career falling off and not being relevant anymore will do that to a person.

so now hes constantly making up ways to get his fame back,,, even if it includes multiple warcrimes and public endangerment just to look like a hero for the cameras,, and hes always roping jam into it because he sugarcoats the hell out of his schemes but after a while you just know its some nonsense,, but its always something weirder than the last scheme
