Once upon a time I searched long and hard for that smallest piece of your past so fondly, never once did I consider the subtle inklings of corella tickling my heels, long having replaced the glass piercing his soul with thorns scraping. Crimes steadily accruing beneath the roiling pink seas, I hoped time and again that this time would be the last, just one more crimson spill, the ink bleeding from whatever opening it's afforded.

"Oh Beatrice, please let me walk underneath those trees for the first time, you don't have to catch up, I'll find you... I love you..." The darkened liquid expelling in waves from hi extremities as he coughs and hacks. "I'll sit with you... As long as... You..." *Cough Cough*



Raven's eyes shut and momentarily remain so, but are suddenly light as a feather... The same feeling of the heat breaking through the wide landscape, littered with thin steel tombstones and scarlet stains washed over him. A lone silhouette standing as it had every time before, no sign of shade anywhere... No sign of where he left her.
