Gala Anabax, from The Mint Whelp Saga, more specifically, the version that appeared in that one digital 'zine (now gone) I sent some stuff to, many eons ago.
In that version she's a little bit more outgoing than in the version of MWS, where she was cold, and a lot of the friction between her and the other characters came from her dryness vs. everyone else's loopy behaviour.
