Eugene/Kitotto was the only original Kaiju seeing in Episode 61 of the Spectreman TV series, The Terrifying Monster Show, and was the last self contain episode of the series before the Two Part Finale.

Appearance and Abilities
Kitotto was in fact a child by the name of Eugene, who was transform into a Kaiju by Alien Miguel's Machine; mostly of Yellow color with pink shades and a Pink lower body; it sport three Yellow/Green dorsal plates akin to those of Godzilla's, with a short tail cover in small spikes. His body was cover in scales and was oval in shape with yellow/green arms. The Child Kaiju was surprisingly strong for his size and was capable of flight.

At least, for what the English Dubbed was concern, Kitotto made chicken sounds and a screech, however, Spectreman was the only individual who could come to understand him.

Compare to the others who had been turn into a Kaiju, Kitotto was smaller, despite the others also been children, but was the only original one in the episode as it reuses the costumes of Kuruma Nikuras (eps 23 & 24), Mogz (ep.27) the Plant Monster (Ep.53) and Saladin (Eps 57 & 58). Episode 61 is also the only episode out of the series where the Monsters aren't giant size and was the last to feature Alien Allies for Dr. Gori.

History
The events of this tale start in an amusement park with families enjoying the attractions, one of which is full of monsters and one boy (Eugene) goes to see these when he meets a man with a mushroom head and tentancle arms (Alien Miguel) who tells him his booth is a machine that would turn him into a monster; the fiend, not actually lying, shoves Eugene into his attraction which transforms the child into the Chicken Monster Kitotto.

In that moment, George and Kim come to the park having been invited, unbestknowst to them, by none other than Gori, who has allied with the Mercuruns – really using them – in a plot to destroy the Monster Squad, and sends Karas to supervise the whole operation. While George and Kim decide to have fun in the Park a call comes to the Pollution Bureau, from Karas, who are inform of their friends been in trouble and the rest of the Squad is dispatch to help them. As Kim and George come to see the Monster Attraction, with him been thinking of the others he had killed, a Mercurun Grunt comes from behind and kidnaps him with the others thinking to be part of the act, while Kim meets the Boy's mother, who had now gone missing. George is able to escape from the Grunt, then Kim comes to inform him about the children that had gone missing in the park.

Elsewhere, Karas and Alien Miguel Leader drag Kitotto to their plans to destroy the Squad, much to the Monster child's protest, but with the promise of been restored he relents. The Chicken Monster joins the show and amuses the crowd, with Arthur, John and Otto among them, but soon attack the Squad, not many knowing this is NOT part of the act at first panic ensues, and Kitotto runs with the Squad on his tail; in the chaos, George is attacked and capture and is briefly attack by Kitotto when his mother shows up; he tries to communicate with her, but is attack by the other Arthur. Kitotto throws a rock at them and runs away, with George having escape.

With Kitotto having failed, Gori orders Karas and the Mercuruns to take matters into their own hands, meanwhile, the Mother comes to suspect the creature is her missing son by intuition, but before the rest could do anything, they are called out by Karas, who shows them Arthur and John captured; the others surrender and George, Ottor and Kim are tied up to the Roller Coaster tracks, with the Alien Miguel rides shut gun on one of the cars ready to run them over. As the others close their eyes for the impact, George takes the chance to Transform into Spectreman when no one is looking; The Cyborg battles the Mercurun Grunts, disposing of them one by one with the Spectre Cutters but the hero gets tangle by the Alien Miguel, ready to throw a harpoon, but the fiends is hit by a rock thrown to his face by Kitotto; Miguel then battles Spectreman, whips him with his tentacle and is able to stab him with a blade coming out from his boot, but in the end, Spectreman is able to outwit the fiend and finishes him off with Nebula Slice.

As Gori and Karas prepare to retreat, Kitotto communicates with Spectreman; both come to see Gori's ship is lifting the Monster Transformation Machine; hearing Kitotto's pleads, Spectreman capture Karas and makes a deal with Gori; his Lieutenant for the Machine; Gori agrees, despite Karas' protest, and returns the Machine. The exchange even surprises Spectreman, who see the value of Friendship in Gori's evil ... albeit he still reprimands Karas either way for the failure of the mission.

Afterwards, Eugene is restored to his Human self – and presumably the other kidnapped Children as well – and is return to his mother.

Quick Note: in the episode it is imply that other Children had gone missing in the park, which it is believe to be the other Monsters in the show, base on the fact there are other mothers reporting their kids missing, but whether they were or not, or what happen to the missing Children, is oddly enough NOT resolve.
