Today at Comic Con in phoenix, I got to meet the sweetest little girl :)
She came up with a huge camera and started snaping shots of me in suit,
I was so caught off guard, she couldn't have been older than six and she was so
polite and outgoing and not to mention had a really nice camera :) She was so excited to meet Faye and I and was so talkative and cute. She compared my ears to hers and showed me her adorable saber tooth plushie. Why can't all kids be this cool?

Furries mingling with the general public outside conventions is one of my favorite parts of going to a con. Suddenly I remember that to everyone else, those outfits are just theme park mascot costumes and they react accordingly. Instant nostalgia as little kids giggle and hug the [friendlier, non-creepy] fursuiters.
why cant all kids be like that?!?! all i see around is 4 year old kids playing call of duty or saints row or crap like that cussin out grown adults acting all touch and grown up :P id hate to use my little cousin as an example, but he is 11 and cant tie his shoes... he is too lazy and busy playing xbox :P this generation is corrupt
I remember being in costume and playing with a frisbee. A little girl walked up and grabbed it, then threw the frisbee for me. After I ran and got it I leaned down to give her a hug... She took off my mascot head and ran. :/ if only all kids were as nice as the one you met...
