Buster's explanations and the introductions helped reassure the interns.
They still felt weird about it, but no longer wary, and the rest of the visit fully removed the point of the forefront.
"Well, that concludes the visit," said Buster eventually. "We have one hour left before the closing of the theater and the dinner, so feel free to explore or talk as you want. Just be in the stage room in one hour, I'll explain the daily life rules then."
Thus they dispersed in the theater to end the day as they wanted.
Legosi returned to the bunk room and searched inside his locker.
Nooshy, who passed in front of the room, stopped with surprise as she watched the wolf assembling various wooden blocks in a bigger, forked one.
"Is that a Wing Chun wooden dummy?" she asked once the thing became completed.
Legosi turned in surprise, not having noticed her.
"Yeah, to keep my hand in."
"You practice martial arts?"
"Yeah, for years."
"So, you must be good."
"Oh, you can say that," smirked the wolf. "Want a demonstration?"
"Sure."
Legosi removed his shirt, showing a lean but well-built torso and arms, muscles visible under the fur.
"Okay, here goes."
Five minutes later, Nooshy's jaw was on the floor.
At first, Legosi had been doing stirkes, katas, moves, nothing she didn't see in documentaries or crappy kung-fu movies.
But steadily, his strikes became faster, quicker...
Eventually, his arms turned into a complete blur, she couldn't even see the blows anymore. Only the dummy's quiverings and the sounds of hit wood indicated it was being used.
But the most shocking was that after a point, Legosi closed his eyes, continuing the kata blind without slowing down a bit.
Finally, the wolf stopped, panting but having a satisfied smile.
"So? What do you think?" he asked, turning to Nooshy.
The lynx shook herself out of her shock.
"Holy shit!" she yelped. "That was crazy! I've never seen something like that!"
Legosi smirked wrily.
"But where you learned that?! Why you learned that?!"
"Way too long story, and I need a shower right now," replied Legosi as he indeed took the necessary for toilet. "Check the news about Cherryton from two years ago, you'll have some answers there."
And as he left for the showers, ending the conversation, Nooshy dove on her phone to look about these news...
