Unlike raincloud sapients, Rainbow Clouds like Nacres are friendly, flirty, and pretty--even the men can sometimes get double-takes. They rely on being on the move to stay healthy, which is why while they bring good weather, it never lasts forever. They like to fashion staffs out of branches, keeping the organic shape, and can use them to both fight and fly through the air.

Since they're not super wet, they can afford to wear clothes, usually sticking to soft robes and pajama-like attire.
