not yet *cry* I need to save up for it, and find a place that will do it, the blue is going to require some serrious bleaching as my hair is dark brown.

I hear ya, since I was about to attempt blue last year on my brown hair *lol* There's this awesome hair products place at the end of Hollis Street near Terminal Road (you know, where the VIA Rail Train station is next to the Westin) and you can get some great hair dyes there. StreaksSkunk told me about it, and my brother purchased a blue (Punked I think was the brand?) Anyway, I know Streaks could give you some tips, since he dyes his hair often. Dunno if you talk to him or not, but he's on FA. By the end of the summer I hope to have some red in my hair! :D

I think they do this at that hair place (I think it's a salon too?) but Im not 100% sure. I dont blame you though, when it comes to funky colours, you gotta have it done right *lol* That's why Im getting my friends (who are taking a hairdressing course) back home to do mine this summer, lol
