Winter had always been the close favorite of mine from Wings of Fire and in many ways he reminds me of myself. In the end he didn't get the girl he had his sight on, but I always wondered how he'd react if a girl back home had feelings for him and wasn't afraid to show him.

I had this scene commissioned by  Kaalut Surprisingly I had found them through Etsy as some pieces of IceWings they were selling had caught my eye and reached out to get a custom piece. This scene takes place before the death of Queen Glacier.
