Okay, I cheated and made one comic over two days. Saved me a day.
Tried a chunkier, more cartoony shading style here! It worked sometimes and didn't work well in others, but I went back digitally and played with it until it looked closest to how I saw in my head. Definitely undisciplined.
Lettering with a crow-quill again. it's surprisingly hard after all these years with a brush to work so rigidly and have so few ways to pull your implement... I'm experimenting while I look for where my microns went.
I've BEEN to the Grand Canyon, maybe that's why I'm critical of myself.
