the trick is to condition it ALOT when you shower so its soft light and fluffy later (makes it stay up better)
and to get that fluffed look, i flat iron itto sorta curl upwards at the ends...and then i shake my head and run my fingers throught it real fast like im trying to shake sand out of it..that makes it stand out.
then i use my hair goop and apply it to the tips in pinches. then i do the shake and run my fingers through it again
when if FINNALY looks like what i want..i spray it with GOT 2 B glued hairspray (in the yellow spraycan)
