the leader of a cult of romance and himself that aims to achieve immortality in various ways. He did this through both vampirism and by binding his soul with a warforged made by one of his cult members who he killed for trying to help his love, Shining Star of the Sky, to escape. Once he bound his soul with the warforged he turned them into his personal phylactery and became a lich like being. His arms and... member... were grafted onto his body from a "volunteer" cult member to help him achieve an easier method to blend in with society. Once Sky, a high ranking cleric within the cult, had left his cult he changed the focus of his flock into finding Sky to bring him back to Cephai. This act had split the cult into two seperate groups due to seperatists thinking he had gone mad and leaving to either kill Sky themselves or become immortal in their own ways.
