I did, I was an emergency medical technician for a while. It's NOT like the TV shows, it's depressing the great number of bad outcomes in medicine of an emergency nature. I did it because I was certain I could do the job and that's what I did.

I was inspired by the stories I remember being told by friends of mine who are nurses and work in first aid and emergency services. I agree with what you say. It is hard and depressing to see victims and patients in bad conditions... and I totally understand you. I may not be a doctor or anything related to medicine, but there are some aspects of it that do interest me, especially those related to the respiratory system, its diseases and treatments.
But this new character will only be that, a character perhaps secondary or with some relevant case, nothing more.
