Sure, we all know that a sudden change of species can be jarring. You have to get used to new limbs, altered senses, or in this guy's case, breathing through gills. But no one talks much about the change in address as well. Sure, he might still have functioning lungs, but living in the ocean is now a necessity. What is one to do? I recommend the 1954 movie The Creature from the Black Lagoon if you haven't seen it yet. And I hope you tell amethystbeetle about it too. It's one of the original Universal monster movies (like the black and white wolfman or original Frankenstein) and had its 70th anniversary this year. He is my favorite universal monster and this reminded me of him.
