A while back I read about a Japanese myth about a guy who traded his horse for that of a mysterious nighttime rider. When he got home, he realized the horse was actually a clay haniwa sculpture, and upon returning to the burial site where the trade took place he found his original horse safe and sound standing among the rest of the haniwa.
Even though the story didn't involve any TF, it still gave me some pretty strong TF vibes, so I decided for today's sketch I'd try to imagine an alternate take where some TF shenanigans get involved. Interestingly this could work either way: a real horse about to finish getting transformed into a clay haniwa statue, or a haniwa horse that's just started turning real.
