Ofc! It's one of my favorite details about Cephissus, too. In fact, (if I recall right) he kept the inside of his locket a secret from his other party members. The party would see him open it, carefully study the picture inside and whisper to it and they genuinely thought he had a picture of his lover or something in there lol!
