Just a soothing idea, been thinking for my free time. A bear Oligarch, Svitlo (ironic that it means "Light", but this bear is anything but light weight wise). A billionaire in Nova Misto while using a moth hero (robot) to do his heroic work while he gets fat and lazy of his toy's hero work. So, let's dive into his story to start the day. And noted to be the primary antagonists that Vin (The Kil'own) faces.

Bio:

An “ingenious” billionaire bear and one of the Oligarchs of Nova Misto. With him and many Billionaires like him in an economics to “jump start” the city after the many economical struggle. Yet it handed over power and wealth to the oligarchs including Svitlo having more influence over the governments that benefited them. In a democratic backsliding like fashion in gaining power. Yet for Svitlo, he said to find a “hero” to help cure the most difficult parts of the city as an idea. A crime fighter he hired, his red angel, A Moth anthro by the name of “The Crimson Wing”. A mysterious moth hero who hunt's down crooks and brings them to justice. And saving the citizens by his wing hero. As Svitlo given him plenty of respect, even if the big bear can be a bit of a showoff in flaunting his new "toy".


Spoilers:


Svitlo once wanted to be the protector of the city with his money. Yet not a care in the world of giving it back to maintain his wealthy easy lifestyle. Wanting to keep his profits, so he also rejects investments in providing to the economy to reduce poverty (and crime). But to reduce annoying crime in his eyes, he obtains a private robotics company to “build a hero” to do the work for him.

All to end crime in general (mostly keeping himself and his funds safe), the company his owns built “The Crimson Wing”. A robotic moth vigilante, along with many robotic copies programmed with AI codes of fighting (not killing) criminals by any means. Programmed with all sorts of flight and aerodynamic skills, sword fighting talents, sharp intelligence, and knowing martial arts for hand-to-hand combat. As the big bear was funneling his money into Crimson Wing expenses, he lets the crimson wing loose to beat the living hell out of many criminals for big bear's fun “hero work”. While the ursa major takes 100% of the credits of making the Crimson wing (but Svitlo has zero clue of how machines work). As the designers, scientists, and engineers are not credited as they might “outshine the bear's intelligent”. With most being silenced by authorities or even being crushed by the bear's massive body into submission.

While the Crimson wing is out stopping crime, the moth sends the broken crooks and criminals to various hospitals/health care clinics for various injures. Who Svitlo is profiting out of said crook's health care as those places he also bought and owns. Then sending them to private prisons (who Svitlo also owns) to increase his income. Who the bear ordered the prisons to be poorly maintained on purpose. In order for said crooks who are physically (and mentally) damaged to breakout and escape easily soon after. Sending the Crimson Wing after them, and the cycle starts again. All to sustain the massive Ursa's lavish wealth my any-means by profiting out of criminals' income. Since regular folks can't find normal jobs since all the crimes happening, leading Svitlo to be one of the most corrupted Oligarch.


Personality:

Overall, Svitlo is in general, a lazy, greedy user and a loser bear. While he mostly lazed in his private estate while eating and being fat on the classiest foods to show off his size and wealth. Flaunting his status with a smug and dastardly selfish “let them get cake” look to the less fortune and low-income citizens under him. Sure, he has “some” respect for his family and his fellow oligarchs. But if they get in the way of profits, he'll do anything in his power to maintain the status quo by any means to please his lust for power. Even backstabbing people close to him if he has to. Plus, he could easy compress them under his massive body to let people know he's in charge. Seeing criminals or people below him in general are walking dollar signs in his eye. Routinely shaming his employees and underlings while scolding them over anything that made him lose any money. Even so far as dishonoring his top robotic scientists who built the Crimson Wing Robot in the first place. All for the most minor glitches or malfunctions in "his" creation. Svitlo can even sell those scientists out and anyone in general all to be the head of the other Oligarchs. Other than that, he has a good hobby. That being, singing karaoke as a fun pass time. Who claimed to have the greatest singing voice in the world (yet sings pretty terrible, yet nobody criticized him as fears of being “silenced” by his authority or his body). Mosty, he sings loud and snobbishly of how big, fat and powerful he is in a Disney villain level of vocal performance. Overall, your fun boastful wealthy bear that is looking forward to fighting the "Kil'own" with his Crimson Wing plaything.
