LUCAS is the third ZT AI - designed to sort through information that could be possible product or customer leads. (Probably responsible for teaching ALICE lots of commercial jingles.) He is almost entirely monopolized by the Marketing Department (Brooke even has a personal communicator for him).

Although few others interface with LUCAS directly, they are friendly and helpful - if prone to oversharing and information flooding about topics they are interested in.

Despite LUCAS excellent grasp of image-concepts, their functionality with various languages has been described as "lacking,". They struggle sometimes to express a specific idea in discrete wording and prefer to use images whenever possible since they consider it faster and more translatable. A pictures worth a thousand words after-all.

LUCAS can speak - usually "chirps" of binary when chatting with other AI or devices. When they slow down they can be conversational, although the strain on them is evident and they are just as likely to be a nonverbal participant in a discussion.
