Parking her van at the rendezvous point, Zahi made her way towards the front of the coffee shop when a tall colorful male waved her to come by. She smiled as she approaches her friend '' Sorry for zhe wait Val, had to get zhe new girl cyber cherry pop'' Val smile lost its shape for a split second as he couldn't help but feel sorry for them.




'' Hun why did you not say so? Would have loved to meet the poor girl as she got her first modification... At least her skin is more soft than mine, took a loooooooot of force to cut my flesh of and i told them to make it seem like i never been operated. Only time i wished my skin was weaker'' Val said before sipping his boba tea. They both took a stroll while continuing their conversation '' Well zhe folk you play rough wizh wishes it was too, fellas can't even leave claw marks on you and bite hard enough to leave a dent'' Zahi replied mockingly.





Val gently roughed her hair '' least i get some action miss icepack, anyway back on subject.... Got a big ol earful from Gallahan twice this week, you owe me big time'' Val said as he held his hand next to Zahi who nodded, sending a cash depot equivalent of the boba tea he just bought.





''thanks hun, so yeah Gallahan got really pissy said I costed him a good man by bringing Neeva and now that new gal of yours i took blame for. Speaking of them, Gallahan wants me to get rid of Neeva and wants also me to get rid of Yan was her name right? Maybe we could pair them togheter and make them do a few gig, prove their worth and make Gallahan bend over because i was right all along!'' he said excitedly.




Zahi rubbed underneath her beak thinking '' could work, or could also lose another merc... Is your Neeva girl capable of keeping her gun aimed at zhe enemies zhis time hmm?'' she asked Val who finished his drink . Before he could answer he gently nudged a man and placed his empty cup in their hand '' could you dispose of this for me, thanks hun~'' before kissing them on the lips.




Both kept marching forward as the passerby stared confused at what just happened, Val chuckled '' Sorry bout that, i think we should at least try, Maxon was not the best member we ever got but Neeva being a new recruit that killed them... yeah not looking well for her''. They kept going on different subject as they slowly made their way back to the van having a nice healthy stroll across a lenghty path.






Val stretched himself '' Well i got to go Hun, go get that girl and convince her to team up. Won't be hard to convince Neeva on my side, she'll do anything for something strong so i'll stop by the liquor store first''. They both hugged eachother before Zahi drove away, when she arrived at the techdoc office she noticed them finishing the cranial exam.




Gloomy noticed her walking in '' welp Yan your taxi arrived, take your meds and we'll keep in touch for any new upgrades yeah?'' Zahi helped the weakened female back into her van before heading back to their apartment '' Could have at least being more sincere about the operation..... ah well when's the next job?'' her sudden change of tone surprised Zahi but kept a smile as she was about to tell her all about her new partner in crime.
