Haven't drawn him in a while, and he needed a bit of a redesign anyway so... Have an Elliot. After trying my hand at a mermaid last time, I thought it would make some sense to share a merman in return. I had quite a few problems with this piece of a non-artistic nature (programs failing) but it somehow reached completion anyway...
