Hey all! With the recent release of DLC for the TMNT game Shredder's Revenge, they brought back one of my favorite characters from that series who only got to star in a single episode. Her name is Mona Lisa, and she is a lizard! Or salamander. Not sure what they were going for. But regardless, she's a cutie and I just had to draw her! Hope you all enjoy my art!
