Originally stolen to be an experimental translator between Dragons and Humans, he went rouge when Sebastian got loose and just followed the fish in his footsteps. He hated constantly telling human lies all the time and then being blamed for the backlash when something went wrong. They sawed off his horns and installed experimental weaponry on him to use against dragons. Now he just uses the weapons on whatever he wants, especially humans.
