take your time and take breaks when you feel you need to. there are times when hammering out requests can actually be counter productive to the over all quality of the finished piece

there are times that can work the key is to recognize the difference between that "ALRIGHT! i'm on a role!" determination and the "oh f*ck i gota finish this" frustration when you're working...and you're welcome :)
